1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the xbjee platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). You must read these Terms carefully before visiting the xbjee website (https://xbjee.lat), registering, or using any service.

xbjee is an online betting and casino platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming services. The platform is intended for adult users only and is operated for entertainment purposes.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. xbjee reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances if false or misleading information is provided.

3.2 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone and change it regularly. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.3 Updating Information

Any changes to your personal information must be reported to the support team immediately. Identity verification may be required to change a registered mobile number or email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

xbjee supports the following payment methods:

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, the same for all methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. This may take longer if identity verification is in progress or if we need to investigate a suspected fraud case.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• The registered account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit; funds cannot be sent to a third-party account.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• xbjee reserves the right to hold and investigate a withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at xbjee, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, a ৳26,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses using multiple identities or payment methods from the same device, IP address or household will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements through risk-free or low-risk betting strategies will be treated as fraud.
• xbjee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

All applicable rules must be followed when betting and playing on xbjee. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in the case of a technical error.

6.2 Outcome Determination

All game outcomes are determined by the relevant game provider's technology and xbjee's own systems. xbjee reserves the right to correct any incorrect result displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Cricket Betting

General rules apply to all sports betting markets including cricket. In the event of a cancelled match, rain interruption or a tie result, xbjee will make a decision on a case-by-case basis and that decision shall be considered final.

6.4 Fair Play

All games are operated to ensure fair play. xbjee uses SSL encryption to ensure secure transactions. No player may take unfair advantage or exploit any weakness in the system.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbjee platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using multiple identities or payment methods to abuse bonuses.
• Using software, bots or other automated means to access the platform.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using xbjee for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members or conducting any harmful activity on the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, xbjee may immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit the balance.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Platform Rights

xbjee may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or payment-related information.
• Suspicion of fraud or unethical activity.
• An order from a court, government body or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

You may also voluntarily close your account by sending a request to [email protected]. If verification is complete and there are no active bonus conditions, the available balance will be returned.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Our total liability in any circumstance shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you during the relevant period.

12 Changes to Terms

13 Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and xbjee and replace all previous oral or written understandings.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. A delay or failure to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver of that provision.
